In 2022, the first edition was dedicated to the theme of impact.

How can behavioural sciences help? What impact do they have on public policy and organisational performance? And what challenges do they pose for organisations?

Bringing together big names such as Cass Sunstein, Katy Milkman, Iris Bohnet, John List, Pierre Chandon andDilip Soman, …) it covered 11 themes.

The 2023 session was dedicated to people,

in three key dimensions:

  • People as employees (engagement, transformation)
  • People as customers (innovation, customer experience, digital communication)
  • People as citizens (sustainable development, democracy, artificial intelligence).

More than 30 speakers took part in the conference, including Dan Ariely, Daron Acemoglu, Amy Edmondson and John List.
